Our ever-popular Picton I.P.A is a lovely golden coloured I.P.A in the West Coast style. Clean malt flavours on the palate combine wonderfully with Mosaic, Cascade and Galaxy hops. High hop bitterness, flavour and aroma. (4 weeks) IBU’s: 35

A deep, black I.P.A style beer. Very hoppy with a juicy fruity aroma. Dark malts and juicy hop varieties combined with pineapple pulp create a luxurious beer with a long lingering hoppy finish. The longevity is reduced to 2 months due to the addition of fruit pulp. (4 weeks) IBU’s: 45

This is a hefeweizen style beer that our brewer treated like a pale ale. No bittering hops are used during brewing, and only juicy hop varieties are used late in the process. We add pineapple pulp to this unfiltered beer and the results are hazy and juicy. The longevity is reduced to 2 months due to the addition of fruit pulp (4 weeks) IBU’s: 30
